Anti-LGBT Hate Group Caught Sending Spies Into Target Bathroom To Stir Up Hatred Against Transgender Americans

As if it’s not bad enough that those opposed to equality for all have been able to get state legislatures in Mississippi and North Carolina to pass so-called “bathroom bills” which allow for lawful, state-sanctioned discrimination against the LGBT community, now we have some groups and activists admitting they are deliberately trying to frighten the public so people will turn against those who are perceived as being different.

You may recall that Target recently announced they would allow their customers to use whatever restroom they feel is most appropriate and most comfortable for them. This outraged right-wingers and Republicans across the country who accused Target of  condoning alternate lifestyles. Some even called for a national boycott of Target.

And now we have Sandy Rios of the American Family Association–which has been designated as a hate group–admitting in a radio interview that her organization is now sending men into women’s bathrooms at Target stores so they can get a negative reaction which will lead to a change in Target’s policy. Rios commented during an interview with “Brietbart News Daily:”

‘I think there’s no question that when you say that there are no barriers in the bathroom, and that if men or women feel like they are men or women, the opposition of however they are equipped, and you have no restrictions, the net effect will be that people will not be stopped. We’ve already had people testing this, going into Targets and men trying to go into bathrooms. There is absolutely no barrier.

‘And so the chief concern, even more than just, I think, trauma, certainly for little girls of having men dressed like women coming in their bathrooms, the chief concern of the American Family Association is the predators who will take advantage.’

So now we have people from a right-wing religious group storming into the bathroom of the opposite sex in order to prove some narrow-minded point they believe affirms their contention that transgender Americans are only trying to get a free peek at someone else. What this neglects to take into consideration is that the transgendered are actually trying to use the facilities, whereas the designated peeks from the American Family Association are only doing so to sow seeds of fear and loathing in the hope this will turn the tide in their favor.

Here’s a report on how this is all playing out across the United States:
