BREAKING: Trump-Russia Investigators Now Have ‘Specific, Concrete Evidence’ Of Collusion

What has long been suspected regarding Donald Trump and his connections to Russia has now been proven, according to a report from the British newspaper The Guardian.

Specifically, The Guardian reports that investigators now have “specific concrete and corroborative evidence” proving that members of the Trump campaign directly coordinated with members of Russian intelligence during the 2016 election.

The Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) of the British government has been watching Trump and members of his team since 2015, when they noticed highly suspicious “interactions” between Trump associates and known Russian agents.

GCHQ later passed the information they had gathered to U.S. intelligence agencies as part of a routine exchange of information, the Guardian says. U.S intelligence also received information on the matter from the intelligence agencies of Germany, Estonia, and Poland.

In addition, intelligence agencies in the United States were also given pertinent information from members of the “Five Eyes” intelligence agencies, composed of the U.S., the U.K., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

According to The Guardian:

“It is understood that GCHQ was at no point carrying out a targeted operation against Trump or his team or proactively seeking information. The alleged conversations were picked up by chance as part of routine surveillance of Russian intelligence assets. Over several months, different agencies targeting the same people began to see a pattern of connections that were flagged to intelligence officials in the US.”

Once the evidence had been compiled, a source close to the investigation noted:

“They now have specific concrete and corroborative evidence of collusion. This is between people in the Trump campaign and agents of [Russian] influence relating to the use of hacked material.”

Also troubling is the allegation that American intelligence “were asleep” when it came to the contacts between Trump associates and the Russians. That led to the European agencies alerting the Americans:

“They [the European agencies] were saying: ‘There are contacts going on between people close to Mr Trump and people we believe are Russian intelligence agents. You should be wary of this.’ The message was: ‘Watch out. There’s something not right here.’”

Trump and other administration officials have repeatedly denied any connection or collusion with Russia or any Russian operatives despite the fact that several high-level associates have finally admitted they did indeed meet with the Russian ambassador during and after the election.
