Cher Took To Twitter And Perfectly Expressed Our Deepest Fears About President Trump

First of all, let me begin with a moment of total honesty and disclosure. I have felt literally sick at my stomach since I woke up this morning and began trying to come to grips with the fact that Donald Trump is the 45th President of the United States. All of the progress we’ve made over the past eight years under President Obama–on healthcare, on rebuilding a sense of community in the country, on LGBT rights, on becoming a more just and equal nation–could be quickly swept aside under Trump. And on a totally personal and even selfish note, it could also mean that I will no longer have health insurance.

How to express the fear, the uncertainty, and also the anger I feel? Turns out someone did it for me: Cher. Take a look at what she tweeted out last night as we all nervously watched election returns:
