Yesterday we found out exactly how hollow, depraved, and cowardly Donald Trump truly is, thanks to a revealing article from Jeffrey Goldberg in which the president was quoted as referring to dead military veterans as “losers” and suckers”:
“In a conversation with senior staff members on the morning of the scheduled visit, Trump said, ‘Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.’ In a separate conversation on the same trip, Trump referred to the more than 1,800 marines who lost their lives at Belleau Wood as ‘suckers’ for getting killed.”
As you’d expect, Trump denied he’d ever said any such thing, but there are multiple confirmations of the account Goldberg reported, so we know those words did indeed come from this president’s mouth.
But as bad as this story is for the White House, his son, Donald Trump Jr., decided to step directly into the shitstorm and make things even worse for his father and himself.
Specifically, Junior posted this tweet attacking Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, whose late son, Beau, served honorably in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps:

See what Junior is doing there? The same damn thing his father loves to do: He’s trying to shift blame. But Joe Biden isn’t the asshole accused of denigrating the service of brave American men and women. Donald Trump is.

Here’s hoping that Junior, his father, Ivanka, Jared, and Eric can all share a cell together when they get to prison. Then maybe they’ll finally come to the realization that they’re the real “losers.”
