On Monday, Eric Trump was named in civil suit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James which alleges the Trump Organization has committed fraud by inflating the value of its assets in order to obtain financing from banks.
In a statement with the court filing by the AG’s office, James commented:
“Nothing will stop us from following the facts and the law, wherever they may lead. For months, the Trump organization has made baseless claims in an effort to shield evidence from a lawful investigation into its financial dealings.”
That led Eric to go on Twitter and start whining, accusing James of “prosecutorial misconduct” even though he provided no evidence to support such an allegation:

And that was all it took for others on social media to remind the president’s son that his complaints only made him sound more guilty:
