Former FBI Official: Mueller Has ‘Classified Intercepts’ Proving Trump Is A Traitor

Thanks to some incredible reporting from The New York Times, we now know that shortly after President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey in May of 2017, the FBI opened a counterintelligence investigation to determine whether or not Trump was working on behalf of Russia:

“Agents and senior F.B.I. officials had grown suspicious of Mr. Trump’s ties to Russia during the 2016 campaign but held off on opening an investigation into him … The president’s activities before and after Mr. Comey’s firing in May 2017, particularly two instances in which Mr. Trump tied the Comey dismissal to the Russia investigation, helped prompt the counterintelligence aspect of the inquiry.”

Starting such an investigation against the sitting president means the FBI had reason to suspect that Trump was indeed in the pocket of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and it now turns out that federal investigators — including Special Counsel Robert Mueller — likely have intelligence intercepts that prove Trump is a traitor who sold out to Russia years ago.

Former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence, Frank Figliuzzi said Saturday that its safe to predict that the FBI — and Special Counsel Robert Mueller — have evidence that makes the case against Trump a slam dunk. Figliuzzi told MSNBC host Joy Reid:

“It means likely, Joy, even though the article is citing the public behavior of the president, as you just noted, in order to get this to pass muster, in order to get this through FBI headquarters, through teams of lawyers, across the street to the Department of Justice, to be the title name of an investigation, I am virtually certain that more evidence than just the public behavior of the president is involved in this and I think that evidence is likely classified evidence.”

Would that include phone conversations, emails, texts, etc? Figliuzzi said it most certainly would:

“The short answer is yes. You’ve heard the intelligence professionals saying there is much more to this iceberg than just the tip.

“That is what we call the dark side — the signals intelligence, the intercepts worldwide.

“This is really the hard part to get your arms around, literally our allies may have been helping — and our intelligence community may have been supporting — a case and evidence development against our own president.”

Mueller has Trump cold busted. As soon as he issues his report and unseals his final indictments, Trump’s days in office are numbered. Even Republicans will no longer be able to support this dangerous traitor.
