JUST IN: As Many As 42 People Being Targeted In Trump-Russia Probe For Racketeering, Other Crimes

On Wednesday, former Clinton administration aide Claude Taylor revealed that sources close to the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election had told him that warrants had been signed and issued as part of the case, and also that two grand juries were meeting to examine evidence and issue indictments.

Now Taylor has more information which he shared with the world via Twitter, and the latest revelations could have lots of people looking over their shoulders in the days and weeks ahead. First, the details of what the grand juries are looking into:

This seems an opportune time to restate what we already knew about the Trump-Russia matter:

  • American intelligence has confirmed on multiple occasions that Russia interfered with the 2016 election in order to benefit Donald Trump.
  • Multiple members of the Trump team–Michael Flynn, Jared Kushner, Jeff Sessions–met with Russian ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak.
  • Flynn was working as a foreign agent for the Turkish government when he was named as National Security Adviser. Both Trump and Mike Pence, who was chairman of the transition team, knew Flynn was taking money from Turkey.
  • FBI Director James Comey has said on several occasions that there is an ongoing investigation into the Trump-Russia matter.
  • Trump has yet to say a single bad word about Russian president and mass murderer Vladmir Putin.

What lies ahead in the days to come? Well, Taylor has said that one of the grand juries has almost completed its work and that New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is also looking into the matter of Trump’s ties to Russia and other foreign governments. Now we just have to wait until the remainder of the case becomes public, indictments are handed down, and people are arrested.
