REPORT: Mueller Is About To Arrest A Very Big Fish In the Russia Probe

Can you determine a person’s future actions based on those they’ve taken in the past? And if so, what might that tell us about what’s about to happen? Could we make a reasonable projection based on prior events?

Bill Palmer of Palmer Report has found what could well be a “tell” that lets us know in advance exactly who Special Counsel Robert Mueller is about to charge in federal court. Palmer writes:

“In the past months we’ve seen Mueller formally interview people like Sean Spicer, Reince Priebus, Hope Hicks, Don McGahn, and Stephen Miller. None of these people ended up being arrested, even though they could each theoretically get popped for conspiracy to obstruct justice or some other similar crime. When it comes to the four people Mueller has pursued criminally, as far as anyone knows he didn’t formally interview any of them first. He simply busted them.”

So, who does this leave? Who hasn’t been formally interviewed by Mueller? Of the key figures that we know about, the two big names remaining on the board who haven’t yet spoken to the special counsel are Jared Kushner and Steve Bannon.

Bannon is particularly intriguing because he’s been in the news this week, watching his handpicked Senate candidate, Roy Moore, lose the Alabama special election in embarrassing fashion. Asked for comment after the loss on Tuesday evening, Bannon refused to say a word.

Kushner, of course, has long been a suspect because of his continued proximity to Trump and the key role he played in the campaign. He, along with Paul Manafort (who has already been indicted) and Donald Trump Jr., were also at that infamous Trump Tower meeting with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya.

There have been rumors of indictments being unsealed before Christmas. We’ll have to wait and see if the names Bannon and/or Kushner appear on them.
