Robert Mueller Will Recommend The Indictment Of Trump’s Children: REPORT

As we all try to patiently wait for the latest developments from Special Counsel Robert Mueller, some incredibly tantalizing tidbits of information are starting to trickle out of the ongoing probe being conducted into the 2016 Trump campaign, and a new report from a British newspaper has some bad news for the Trump children.

The Spectator says the Mueller report is now complete and that it recommends the indictments of Don Jr., Eric, and Ivanka Trump, along with Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner:

“The Attorney General, William Barr, is said to have ‘silently assented’ to this. It’s also claimed that Mueller wants President Trump himself to be indicted. Barr is said to oppose this. The two men met on Friday but apparently could not agree and this was the reason for the delay in any announcement from the DoJ. At least this is what the sources say.”

While the Spectator notes that its sources were not actually “in the room,” they do have direct knowledge of the case, suggesting that a high-ranking Justice Department official probably updated them:

“(The sources) did talk to the people briefed by the people in the room and – twice removed from the original conversations – they all give the same account. It is that the older Trump children and Jared will be indicted for financial crimes while Mueller wants to charge Trump with obstruction of justice.”

So does any of this match up with known facts? It certainly does. Consider:

  • Don Jr. and Jared were present at that infamous June 2016 Trump Tower meeting with Russian nationals.
  • Eric and Ivanka are intimately involved the Trump Organization and are likely to know about all kinds of illegal business deals made by the company.

That leaves us with the possibility of indicting Trump. As many legal experts have noted, there’s no DOJ policy or rule that prohibits indicting a sitting president, just a memo from the 1970s that suggests it would be a bad idea. But that theory has never been tested in court, and that means it may well be perfectly acceptable to indict Trump.

Based on the Spectator article, it seems safe to suggest that the Trump children are in some very deep shit. And that could also hold true for Donald Trump himself. When will we know? No one can say, but it feels like we may have the answers very soon.
