Insecure Trump Wore A ‘Girdle’ On Television To Hide His Obesity According To Former Staffer

Donald Trump is an infantile, immature, thin-skinned, and vain man. If you happen to doubt that, you don’t have to look any further than what happened in May when Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said on CNN that the president shouldn’t be taking the controversial anti-malaria drug hydroxychloroquine as a way to ward off COVID-19. She then explained why she was saying that:

“As far as the president is concerned, he’s our president and I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientists, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group, morbidly obese, they say. So I think it’s not a good idea.”

Amazingly, Trump managed to go almost 24 hours before he responded to the Speaker, and when he did, he tried to pretend her comments didn’t phase him in the least, telling reporters:

“I don’t respond to her. I think she’s a waste of time.”

Two seconds later, however, Trump did respond, and as you’d expect, he resorted to insults:

“Pelosi is a sick woman. She’s got a lot of problems, a lot of mental problems.”

Clearly, what Speaker Pelosi said had indeed hit a nerve with Trump, who knows damn well he’s chubby and gross.

Noel Casler, who was a showrunner on Trump’s NBC show “The Apprentice,” noted on Twitter that the president is indeed sensitive when it comes to the size of his waist:

Yes, a grown man was wearing a girdle, which, last time I checked, was something more commonly worn by women. Unless you’re an insecure little fat boy who doesn’t want anyone to look at his massive spare tire.

Some will say calling Trump obese is “fat shaming.” But since he routinely insults people for far less, then so be it. Hit him where it hurts. He’d do the same in a minute. After all, this is a man who called a beauty pageant contestant “Miss Piggy” when she put on a few pounds.

When barbs are applied to Donald Trump, they’re much more than mere insults. They’re karma coming home to roost.
