Donald Trump Jr. Goes Eerily Quiet As Mueller Prepares To Indict Him

Donald Trump Jr. has been unusually quiet lately, especially since the 12 indictments were handed down last week against members of the GRU, the Russian intelligence service. That’s odd, because usually Junior can be found on Fox News spouting the latest conspiracy theory or sucking up to his daddy on Instagram.

Why has Don Jr. suddenly gone silent? Well, it probably has a lot to do with the fact that he knows last week’s indictments mentioned unnamed Americans who also conspired with the Russians. And the indictments listing those traitorous Americans are probably just around the corner.

Junior should be very worried about what the future holds for a couple of reasons:

  • The arrest of Russian operative Maria Butina, who worked with the National Rifle Association to influence the 2016 election, may implicate Don Jr, who just so happened to meet with Butina at an NRA event in 2016.
  • The mention of WikiLeaks in Friday’s indictments suggests that Junior may also be one of the not-yet-indicted American figures who had contact with WikiLeaks and helped arrange the leaking of information stolen from the Democratic National Committee.

Take a look at some of the things Junior has retweeted over the past couple of days, and notice how they all point in one suspicious direction: To Russia.

Of course, Don Jr. has other reasons to be fearful of what the future holds for him. After all, he was one of the three Trump campaign officials — the others being Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort — who met with Russians at Trump Tower to obtain “dirt” on Hillary Clinton.

With each day and each indictment from Mueller’s grand juries, it become clearer that Don Jr. and others close to the president are going to be hit with charges from the special counsel. Mueller is saving the biggest fish for last, and when those names are made public, we’ll all know that the endgame is near for Donald Trump and the rest of his fellow traitors.
