‘Let Them Eat Cake’ Ivanka Posts Video Of Her Kids Washing Their Hands With $39 A Bottle Liquid Soap

On Friday, the House of Representatives passed a $2 trillion stimulus package that is intended to provide some financial relief to the millions of workers who have lost their jobs as the places they work have been shuttered in response to the coronavirus pandemic which has now killed nearly 1,600 Americans and infected another 101,000.

Earlier this week, first-time unemployment claims hit a record-high of 3.3 million. And things aren’t looking good for the U.S. economy, at least not for the next few months, as COVID-19 continues to make people reluctant to leave their homes for anything other than quick trips to the grocery store.

Into this horrific financial and social situation — the likes of which the United States hasn’t seen in over a century — steps the president’s daughter, Ivanka Trump aka Trust Fund Barbie.

What did Ivanka do? She thought this was the perfect time to post a video of her three children washing their hands as a reminder to us all that we need to sanitize and make sure our loved ones do the same.

Here’s the video which appeared on Instagram:

Take a closer look at that bottle of liquid soap in the kids are using and you’ll see that it’s a brand known as Aesop. And it sells for $39 a bottle! Only the best for the Trump family, even if people are wondering how they’re going to pay their rent and feed their own children.

Twitter weighed in on Ivanka’s utterly tone-deaf posting, and the comments were not nearly as gentle as $39 hand soap:

Here’s some free advice for Ivanka Trump: Resign from your fake White House job, take your creepy, wooden hubby with you, and move somewhere we won’t have to see you ever again.

No, really. We insist.
