The Collected Quotes Of Donald Trump Regarding ‘The Blacks’

To hear Donald Trump tell it, everyone loves him: Women, Hispanics, African-Americans, Republicans, Democrats, dogs, cats, former contestants on his shows, God, and anyone else you care to mention.

Trump also claims he’s the least racist person in the world.

Having laid down that foundation for the purpose of this exercise, let’s examine, through words said by Trump over the years, how he thinks and feels about African-Americans, whom he always refers to as “the blacks.” Here are the collected quotes of Trump on African-Americans:

“A well-educated black has a tremendous advantage over a well-educated white in terms of the job market. I think sometimes a black may think they don’t have an advantage or this and that… I’ve said on one occasion, even about myself, if I were starting off today, I would love to be a well-educated black, because I believe they do have an actual advantage.’’ (1989)

(Does that mean you’d also love to be harassed, beaten, stopped just for being black, and also have to face a higher incidence of unemployment and discrimination? Didn’t think so.)

“Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day.” (1991)

(Congrats! This is the Offensive Twofer: You insulted blacks and Jews.)

“Laziness is a trait in blacks.” (1991)

(But not in you, a trust fund baby who had it all handed to him on a silver platter? Don’t make us laugh!)

“I have a great relationship with the blacks. I’ve always had a great relationship with the blacks.” (2011)

(So if you have such a great relationship with them, why do you always refer to them as “the blacks”?)

“Our great African-American President hasn’t exactly had a positive impact on the thugs who are so happily and openly destroying Baltimore.”  (2015)

(Thugs? Isn’t that word also easily applied to rapacious capitalist predators like you, Donald?)

“And, you know, I have a great relationship with African-Americans, as you possibly have heard. I just have great respect for them and you know they like me.” (2015)

(Uh, no. No they don’t. But in your limited mind, I can see where you would think they do.)

So what do you think? Is Donald Trump a racist? If he was more of one, he’d be wearing a white hood, carrying a Confederate flag, and bragging about how he wishes he name was George Wallace.
