Before the 2016 election was even held, there were several Republicans on Capitol Hill who said that if Hillary Clinton happened to win, they would immediately start Congressional investigations and seek to impeach her. Voters were still going to the polls when members of the GOP announced their plans.
And now filmmaker Michael Moore is saying if it’s good for the goose, it’s damn sure good for the gander.
In a post to his Facebook page, Moore wrote:
“Just as the Republicans were already planning to do with President Hillary from Day One, we must organize the apparatus that will bring charges against him when he violates his oath and breaks the law — and then we must remove him from office.”
Moore also notes that it’s time to change the way we elect our Commander-in-Chief:
“1. Eliminate the Electoral College — popular vote only. 2. Paper ballots only — no electronic voting. 3. Election Day must be made a holiday for all — or held on a weekend so more people vote. 4. All citizens, regardless of any run-ins with the criminal ‘justice’ system, must have the right to vote.”
All of those sound like good ideas to me, and you can also put me on record as one who is of the firm belief Donald Trump will not serve his entire term in office. I also believe he will be impeached. And while we’re at it, let’s get rid of Vice President Pence, too.
I’m with you America!
No. 5) Implement mandatory voting like in Australia.
Think the blind trust will come into play?
Yes I do, and also his connections to Russia.
