Question: How do you know a diplomatic deal you recently made is a good one? Answer: Michele Bachmann comes out in opposition to it.
Minnesota moron Michele Bachmann–who, thankfully, is no longer a member of Congress–told the far right World Net Daily it would be a good idea for the United States to go ahead and bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities, possibly with our own nuclear weapons. ‘Cause hey, what could possibly go wrong with that?
Here is exactly what the dolt of all dolts said:
“There is only one tried and true method that stops a rogue nation from getting a nuclear bomb, and it’s this: It is for a country like the United States to take our military superiority and to go into that country and to drop bombs on their nuclear hardware and destroy it. That’s called peace. That’s not called war.”
No doubt the rest of the world would see it that way, too. Heck, the Iranians would probably send us a bouquet of roses with a note attached saying:
Thank you for the bombs you dropped. We needed that wake-up call. You guys are awesome! USA! USA!
Then Ms. Bachmann speculated on a nightmare scenario which will never ever ever happen: Her as President:
“If I was president of the United States, it would take me half a nanosecond. We would send out our military equipment and do what has to be done, and in eight weeks, the whole discussion would be over. The Iranian program would be done, and the world would be free from that menace.”
Bachmann also let loose with a strange statement about how she thinks President Obama may try to stop Israel from mounting a military strike on Iran’s nuclear sites. And apparently the President will do so via military means:
“I am very concerned he (Obama) would try to stop Israel. I think the president has already sent that signal to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu that he better not try anything. Because President Obama might take (Israeli jets) out of the sky. He’s already made that saber-rattling sound.”
Note to Bachmann: That’s not saber-rattling you hear, dear. It’s the pebbles rolling around in your emtpy head.
You know, I used to think Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin were equally ignorant, but now I’m convinced that Bachmann holds the title of Dumbest Political Hack in the country.
USA! USA! USA!
