Newt Gingrich Tells ‘Fox And Friends’ Dolts: Trump Is The Candidate You ‘Invented’

I almost never agree with Newt Gingrich. Matter of fact, I’m pretty sure I can count on one hand the number of times I have agreed with him and still have fingers left over.

But today I could not agree more with the Newtster, who appeared on “Fox and Friends” earlier this morning to discuss the apparent inevitability of Donald Trump as the 2016 GOP nominee for President. Resident moron Steve Doocy commented that it appeared the establishment of the Republican party was “uncomfortable with Trump.” Then he added something so obvious that it’s laughable:

“This is their nightmare scenario.”

Just as watching your brainless show for more than five seconds is mine, Steve.

But Gingrich was only to happy to tell the Fox hosts who was to blame for the rise of Trump:

“That’s because of you guys. Donald Trump gets up in the morning, tweets to the entire planet at no cost, picks up the phone, calls you, has a great conversation for about eight minutes — which would have cost him a ton in commercial money. And meanwhile, his opponents are all out there trying to raise the money to run an ad.”

One of the other hosts, Brian Kilmeade, who has the IQ of a box of sand, said he recalled how Mitt Romney had refused to appear on “Fox and Friends” (which should be renamed “Romper Room for Adults” if you ask me) when he was running in 2012. Gingrich replied:

“Look, you can say that Trump is the candidate ‘Fox & Friends’ invented. He was on your show more than any other show.”

And the saddest part of all is this: the hosts didn’t even realize that Gingrich was being critical of them! How clueless can you be?

Watch the segment for yourself and see if you can keep from laughing uncontrollably:
