A New Low, Even For Trump: After California Shootings, Tweets: At Least My Poll Numbers Will Go Up

Yesterday, as news broke of the tragic shootings in San Bernardino, California, which left 14 people dead and another 17 injured, 2016 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump thought it would be a good time to go on social media and retweet what one of his lunatic supporters had posted on Twitter:

It’s bad enough that one of the mindless zombies who supports Trump found it necessary to Tweet out something like this in the first place, but then Trump decided to retweet it and give it even more credibility. In other words, he saw the posting and decided to autograph it and send it out into the world for all to see with his blessings.

This is the last straw. This proves conclusively what many have been saying for months now as Trump issues lie after lie and seeks to garner media attention by being offensive. He’s trying to use the old method of dividing and conquering in order to gain power. And it has to stop.

I want to challenge the powers-that-be in the Republican Party: You should immediately disallow Trump from running as a member of your party. You should ban him from all future debates and tell any delegates he earns when the GOP primaries begin that they will not be recognized at the 2016 convention.

Over the past several months, we have heard increasingly racist and divisive comments from Donald Trump. He has attacked Hispanics, Muslims, women, and anyone else who dares to disagree with him. He resorts to cheap shots and personal insults as a way of elevating his own campaign. He may well be the most dangerous person in America.

It is up to all of us to demand that Trump be disqualified from running on a ticket for any established political party in this country. If we don’t, we may well live to regret not doing so. History will not be kind to any of us if we merely shake our heads and walk away from the challenge we face.
